António started singing as a countertenor during his studies in Austria, at the Kunstuniversität Graz. As part of the conducting course, he discovered being most free and creative singing as a countertenor which he has developed through performance in the past years.
He sings in a range of styles, from conceptual to experimental music, contemporary to renaissance, solo or with other performers.
